Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant Compute Operations experience.
• Extensive knowledge of compute services and infrastructure.
• Experience in large global enterprise IT environments.
• Proven experience in ITIL-aligned Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Work on highly complex matters with large scope and impact.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in people, processes, and technology.
• Lead team members in developing methods and analytical approaches.
• Guide team to solve significant problems and issues.
• Manage, monitor, and maintain day-to-day activities to meet SLAs.
• Perform routine health maintenance and upgrades.
• Oversee upgrades, performance-related activities, and fault correction.
• Plan IMACDs and execute business continuity tests.
• Coordinate with service suppliers and manufacturers.
• Proactively identify issues and prevent service degradation.
• Contribute to problem management and change approvals.
• Support audit/compliance activities and platform maintenance.
• Provide on-call support and periodic rotation.
