iA Financial Group in Quebec is seeking a Senior Compliance Advisor to lead the development and evolution of compliance programs for iA Auto and Home Insurance and Prysm General Insurance. You will support regulatory risk management, advise business sectors, and help build the organization’s risk profile.

• Proven ability to assess legal and regulatory risks.

Responsabilités

• Support the Sector Compliance Manager in implementing and enhancing risk management programs.
• Apply regulatory requirements and AMF guidelines.
• Develop a comprehensive view of compliance risks and the organization’s risk profile.
• Design and monitor indicators to identify non-compliance and risks.
• Advise and support business sectors in managing regulatory risks and deploying programs.
• Assist stakeholders during regulatory changes by assessing impacts and recommending actions.
• Contribute to reporting, risk assessments for projects, and action plans from incidents.
• Serve as a resource and represent the organization on committees and industry groups.
