Job summary

IC Resources in Toronto is partnering with fast-scaling hardware and AI companies to hire Senior to Staff-level Compiler Engineers. You’ll work on LLVM and custom compiler toolchains to optimize AI/ML workloads and push performance in compute platforms.

You'll collaborate closely with architecture and silicon teams on codegen, low-level systems, and performance tuning. Multiple roles exist across teams for candidates deeply experienced in compilers.

Qualifications

• Expertise in C++ and compiler pipelines.
• Experience in systems performance optimization or hardware-aware software.
• Knowledge of AI accelerators, CPUs/GPUs/DSPs is a plus.

We’re looking for Senior to Staff-level Compiler Engineers to join teams tackling problems at the intersection of software, hardware, and performance-critical systems.

Senior/Staff Compiler Engineer background we’re looking for:
