  • This position is a hybrid role based out of our offices at 181 Bay Street, Toronto, ON, or 1066 West Hastings, Vancouver, BC.

You are a strategic and analytical professional with a customer-focused mindset, eager to take on high-profile projects. You excel in influencing and collaborating across functions and regions, providing advisory support for compensation program administration. Your technical expertise and commitment to service excellence set you apart, and you thrive in navigating ambiguity with sound judgment.

In this role, you will…

  • Drive competitive compensation strategies through market research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to ensure best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with HR and Talent Acquisition on compensation matters.
  • Lead the annual regional merit and bonus process, overseeing program administration and system configuration.
  • Develop and document streamlined, compliant processes.
  • Support job evaluation and benchmarking, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Support compensation projects with data insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including managing large databases and creating charts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience with Job Architecture or Job Evaluation.
  • Experience with Workday or CCP certification is a plus.
  • Experience working with US compliance issues is a plus.

Salary Range: $74,690 to $109,000. Range varies by role, level, and location. Compensation depends on skills, experience, and education.
