Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager for Compact Construction Equipment at our Saskatoon location. You will lead equipment sales strategy, grow revenue, and develop the sales team while building strong customer relationships across the territory.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of direct sales or 3-5 years in sales management, a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, and willingness to travel. Brandt offers competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years direct sales experience or 3-5 years in sales management
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate departments and customers
• Decision making on financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead sales strategy for compact construction equipment
• Manage and coach Territory Managers, Rental Manager, and support staff
• Collaborate with Marketing and executive teams on product launches and budgets
• Conduct feasibility studies and business plans for new products/services
• Manage inventory and asset management goals and pricing effectiveness
• Prepare technical and commercial presentations and proposals for customers
