Desjardins seeks a senior communications advisor to promote projects, policies and programs across Desjardins Group and with members and clients. This role leads strategic communications, manages online brand image, and serves as a subject‑matter expert for senior management.

The position requires eight years of relevant experience and advanced French and English proficiency, with a focus on advisory and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in advanced French, both oral and written.
• Advanced proficiency of English, both oral and written due to the nature of duties or interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialized development projects and initiatives affecting the organization.
• Advise partners and Desjardins entities to plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects.
• Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision‑making bodies.
• Represent the unit before senior management committees and decision‑making bodies.
• Represent and negotiate on behalf of Desjardins in agreements with external partners.
