Currently, MAT 4Site has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commissioning Agent to join our team in Toronto (North York), ON on a full-time basis. This role will operate on a hybrid basis of in-office/on-site and work from home.
In this role, you will deliver commissioning projects that verify building systems are designed, installed, and operating in accordance with client requirements and engineering design intent. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and project teams across commercial, multi-residential, industrial, and institutional facilities.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
To qualify, you will need a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, construction, or HVAC, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning or a similar role, working with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and mechanical building systems across commercial, multi-residential, industrial, or institutional facilities, will also be essential. A valid driver’s licence and regular access to a reliable vehicle are required.
