The commissioning manager is essential to ensuring that complex mechanical systems operate as intended: safely, efficiently, and in alignment with both client expectations and regulatory standards. This role acts as the technical backbone of project delivery, validating system performance long before handover and preventing costly issues after occupancy. Beyond technical oversight, the manager fosters collaboration across diverse teams, bringing clarity to the commissioning process and strengthening client trust. By championing quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement, the role not only safeguards the integrity of each project but also positions the organization as a leader in delivering reliable, high‑performing building solutions.
This is a new position and the salary range is $126,000 - $149,000
