You will partner with project leadership, design consultants, and subcontractors to steer financial oversight and commercial strategy that drives project success. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 10+ years in major infrastructure commercial management, with strong budgeting, forecasting, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial management experience on major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leadership, design consultants, and subcontractors to provide financial oversight and commercial strategy.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting.
• Oversee client invoicing and cost reconciliation per contract terms; minimize ineligible costs.
• Establish change management, risk analysis, and claims avoidance processes.
• Manage subcontractor and consultant procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Ensure accurate forecast and cost reconciliation, payments per Design Services Agreement.
• Ensure compliance with contract obligations, company policies, and relevant legislation.
• Collaborate with project team and clients to maintain transparency in commercial matters.
• Transition from design to construction ensuring commercial continuity.
