Job summary

The role requires 4–8+ years in commercial management within construction, familiarity with CCDC contracts, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 4–8+ years of experience in commercial management, cost control, or contract administration.
• Experience on infrastructure or transit projects preferred.
• Familiarity with contract forms (e.g., CCDC) and commercial documentation.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Procore, ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of prime contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Support change management processes including tracking, pricing, and negotiating change orders and variations.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Assist in preparing cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and monthly financial reviews.
• Support cost value reconciliation (CVR) and variance analysis.
• Review and process subcontractor payment applications and invoices.
• Assist with procurement and commercial onboarding of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify and track commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support preparation and submission of claims and assist in dispute resolution processes.
• Maintain accurate commercial records, including contracts, correspondence, and cost documentation.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve commercial and contractual issues.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company commercial procedures.
