Westland Insurance Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Commercial Insurance in Ontario to own and support client relationships, assess business needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and growth within a rapidly expanding organization.

The position requires established RIBO licensing, strong communication, and the ability to manage renewals and complex client conversations.

Qualifications

• RIBO License required for the role.
• Strong verbal communication to explain complex information clearly.
• Build and sustain authentic client relationships with accuracy and discretion.
• Demonstrated time management to handle multiple client needs.
• Confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive information.
• Ability to adapt priorities as client needs change.
• 3+ years of Commercial insurance experience with RIBO License, pursuing CAIB/CRM/CIP.

Responsibilities

• Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Cultivate client relationships from sales to service, ensuring exceptional experience.
• Manage policy renewals, changes and cancellations, and liaise with carriers.
• Stay current on industry trends and collaborate with partners to deliver solutions.
• Leverage software and applications to manage leads and customer data.
• Maintain a client-first focus through all touchpoints of the claims process.
