Westland Insurance Group Ltd in Pickering, ON is seeking an Account Executive, Commercial Insurance to grow a book of business and advise clients. You will develop relationships with commercial clients, deliver tailored coverage solutions, and support sales efforts to align with Westland’s growth strategy.

The role requires at least five years of Commercial Lines experience and a RIBO license; CAIB/CIP designation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ Commercial Lines experience and RIBO License.
• Experience advising commercial clients and growing a book of business.
• Bonus: CAIB / CIP designation in progress or completed.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service.
• Uncover challenges and analyze the risks to prioritize the product/ service requirements.
• Develop marketing submissions, proposals, and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate the best terms and conditions on behalf of our clients.

Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive, Commercial Insurance in our Pickering, ON office. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business and acting as an advisor to foster valued relationships with our commercial clients. Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $80,000 to $112,500 based on a 37.5-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

Westland also offers a competitive commission for this role.
