Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Calgary is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to own and grow client relationships, identify coverage needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions.

You will support sales and service, manage renewals, and collaborate with industry partners to deliver best-in-class results. Qualifications

• 3 years of Commercial insurance experience with Broker Level 2 License.
• Working towards CAIB/CRM/CIP designation.
• Sincere and personable with strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build authentic relationships and maintain discretion.
• Adaptable and able to pivot as client needs change.

Responsibilities

• Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Cultivate client relationships by providing consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service.
• Have an inexhaustible curiosity to stay at the forefront of the insurance industry.
• Leverage software and applications to manage and convert leads.
• Work closely with industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for clients.
• Manage policy renewals, changes, and cancellations.
• Uphold a client-first focus through the claims process.
