Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC laser cutting and press brake equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Coordinate fabrication jobs and plan material requirements to meet production schedules.
• Lead, train, and coordinate other fabrication employees.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and quality of fabrication output.
• Communicate with customers regarding fabrication requirements, timelines, and specifications.
