Job summary
New Value Solutions Canada is seeking a Senior Voice Engineer to manage enterprise level CcaaS contact center cloud solutions, deploy AI-based call handlers, and optimize voice systems across contact centers and back-office operations.
You will lead Five9 cloud deployments, oversee system integration with existing infrastructure, monitor performance on site, design IVR and call flows, and ensure security and lifecycle management of voice solutions while providing technical guidance to project
Qualifications
- Senior Voice Engineer with experience in managing complex voice solutions and CcaaS
- Proven ability to deploy AI-driven call routing and AI contact center technologies
- Hands-on experience with Five9 cloud and system integration and on-site monitoring
Responsibilities
- Manage Five9 cloud contact center solutions end-to-end
- Oversee Five9 system integration with existing infrastructure
- Provide on-site monitoring and rapid issue resolution for voice systems
- Administer voice resources including DID management
- Design and optimize IVR, attendant, and call flows
- Apply security practices to voice infrastructure
- Architect and integrate complex voice systems with related infrastructure
- Oversee lifecycle management of voice solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Monitor and coordinate incident management and problem resolution
