Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a Technical Analyst, Associate Consultant, or Engineering support role.
• Hands-on exposure to CCaaS platforms, cloud environments, or enterprise systems.
• Foundational understanding of CCaaS platforms and contact center architectures.
• Experience supporting technical delivery activities and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and configuration of CCaaS platforms across routing, IVR, queues, digital channels and reporting.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE architectures, platform capabilities, and configuration dependencies.
• Assist with CCaaS migrations and modernization initiatives, including environment readiness.
• Contribute to technical artifacts and governance materials for delivery teams.
