Job summary

Atolio, a fully remote startup, is seeking a Senior Deployment Engineer to own the deployment lifecycle across cloud native and hybrid environments, from environment setup to monitoring and optimization.

You will design scalable deployment processes, implement IaC and CI/CD pipelines, integrate with enterprise systems, and work with backend teams to improve reliability and performance. This role offers autonomy, early equity, and a remote-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in deployment, DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineering.
• Deep experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong background in containerization, especially Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Helm).
• Knowledge of secure networking and identity management (SAML, OIDC).
• Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Okta, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Salesforce.
• Experience with observability platforms (Grafana, Splunk, Datadog).
• Programming experience in Go or Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-specific deployments and onboarding of Atolio’s platform in cloud native or hybrid environments.
• Design and implement deployment processes focused on scalability, security, and reliability.
• Integrate Atolio with enterprise systems (document repositories, ticketing systems, code repos).
• Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and system performance.
• Build automation scripts and tooling to streamline operations and minimize manual tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues with clients' internal engineering teams.
• Maintain deployment documentation and promote best practices for internal and external use.
