Job summary

Office Ally is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage Azure-based cloud infrastructure including VMs, networks, storage, databases, and PaaS services. You’ll automate with Terraform and Bicep/ARM, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security and compliance across SOC 2 and HIPAA frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or relevant industry certifications required.
• 3+ years in a cloud engineering role implementing, designing, and managing Microsoft Azure solutions.
• Deep understanding of Azure services including VMs, Networking, Storage, Databases, Security, and DevOps.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Bicep/ARM for IaC.
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, encryption, network security, and HIPAA/SOC2 compliance.
• Experience operating AKS or Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Azure networking fundamentals: VNets, NSGs, DNS, Private Endpoints.
• Familiarity with Azure Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identities, and service principals.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitLab CI.
• Bash and/or Python scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure cloud solutions including VMs, networks, storage, databases, and PaaS.
• Configure resources for performance, cost-efficiency with IaC tooling.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to automate delivery and deployment.
• Operate AKS clusters, ingress, RBAC, and security controls.
• Implement governance, security policies, and compliance controls.
