Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree with two years of directly-related experience or Bachelor with five years of directly-related experience.
• Completion of a Community College course in a related discipline with six years of directly-related experience.
• Experience with GCP and PHIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completion of RITHIM submissions.
• Assist in Health Canada clinical trial applications as needed.
• Coordinate as coordinating site with Health Canada, REB and institutional approvals.
• Develop study materials including consent forms, data tools, CRFs and SOPs.
• Monitor trial progress and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, TCPS2, FIPPA/PHIA and Health Canada rules.
• Manage day-to-day tasks and maintain operational documentation.
• Coordinate administration of trial interventions.
• Screen participants for inclusion/exclusion criteria and obtain consent.
• Schedule visits and track adherence to protocol.
• Maintain study filing and report adverse events timely.
• Liaise with departments and external agencies to support activities.
• Collaborate with research staff and hospital personnel.
• Order and maintain study supplies and provide back-up support.
