Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in biology or sciences required.
• Fluent in French and English required.
• Two years clinical research experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administer clinical trial screening across multiple sites to ensure timely enrollment.
• Oversee recruitment efforts and obtain informed consent in collaboration with treating teams.
• Coordinate pre-activation activities, vendor scheduling, calendar building, and regulatory document preparation.
• Collect, transcribe, and verify clinical and cognitive outcomes and laboratory data.
• Submit ethics applications and renewals; ensure REB and sponsor compliance.
• Liaise with physicians, nurses, and sponsors; communicate study updates and protocol changes.
• Track recruitment metrics and document deviations, adverse events, and oversight.
• Assist with study logistics and knowledge transfer across the team.
