Qualicare Burlington seeks a Nurse Manager to shape our Aging Well Advisory model and lead clinical care in Burlington and Oakville. You’ll be the clinical backbone, conducting assessments, building care plans, and guiding families through complex decisions.

This full‑time leadership role emphasizes hands‑on clinical judgement, team oversight, and collaboration with the Owner as we grow. We offer a transparent salary discussion and a pathway to senior clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• RPN or RN in good standing with the CNO.
• Home or community care experience.
• Strong clinical decision-making in ambiguous situations.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical assessment and care planning for every new client.
• Manage complex cases including dementia and post-hospital transitions.
• Oversee quarterly reviews and currency of active care plans.
• Provide clinical oversight of the care team and nursing services.
