Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Manager of Clinical Practice to provide clinical leadership, ensure excellence in client care, and drive quality initiatives. The MCP leads teams, oversees audits, and ensures regulatory compliance across home care services.

The role requires a nursing degree with current provincial registration, CPR certification, and at least five years of progressive leadership in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor preferred.
• Current provincial nursing registration in good standing.
• CPR certification and remaining TB status clear.
• Specialty nursing certifications are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide clinical oversight and practice leadership across teams.
• Recruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate field staff.
• Oversee client assessments and care planning.
• Coordinate with funders, care teams, and government programs.
