Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare invites applications for a Manager of Clinical Practice in Canada. You will provide leadership and supervision for administrative, licensed, and unlicensed staff, ensuring compliance with provincial standards and company policies while fostering a collaborative, safe workplace.

You will oversee branch and virtual office operations, support recruitment and training, manage performance reviews, and lead quality assurance and client-satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree and current RN registration.
• At least five years as a Nursing Supervisor with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience leading training programs and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance management for administrative and nursing staff.
• Oversee branch and virtual office operations, including workforce planning and scheduling.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Foster a positive, accountable workplace through mentorship and staff engagement.
• Ensure compliance with provincial standards and liaise with regulators and stakeholders.
• Lead client satisfaction and quality assurance initiatives and address service issues.
• Develop and monitor policies, performance metrics, and audit action plans.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve efficiencies.
• Coordinate education, continuing professional development, and documentation.
• Support Health & Safety initiatives and disability management.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.
• Participate in education and professional development activities.
• Promote safety culture and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Clinical practice oversight to ensure adherence to professional standards.
• Competency management and ensuring staff maintain certifications.
• Clinical coaching and mentorship for field nurses.
• Oversee performance management and remediation for field staff.
• Complete probationary requirements for internal candidates.
