EBC Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in MTO projects to lead construction operations across diverse infrastructure sites in Canada.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and site safety while delivering projects to the highest standards. You will coordinate with clients, staff, and subcontractors, oversee tender reviews, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or Civil Engineering Technology
• 7–10 years of construction project management experience
• Experience with bridges, infrastructure, tunneling, water/sewer and heavy civil construction
• Advanced communication and problem solving skills

Responsabilidades

• Review tender documents and determine scope, scheduling, and planning
• Lead construction operations, manage budgets and schedules, deliver projects to high standards
• Provide leadership and build relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors and consultants
• Inform Senior PM of project progress and discuss methods to meet schedules and budgets
• Plan and monitor appointed projects and prepare final records (as-built)
• Ensure safety programs, conduct site inspections, and enforce compliance with OHS standards
• Organize meetings and maintain communications among suppliers, subcontractors, professionals, and clients
