Blackline Civil in Edmonton is seeking a Civil Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs for a range of heavy civil projects across Western Canada. You will review drawings and tender documents, price labour/equipment/materials, and analyze subcontractor bids to ensure competitive, accurate bids.

The role requires 5+ years in civil estimating, with experience in underground utilities, earthworks, and land development.

Competenze

5+ years of civil estimating experience (senior-level candidates preferred).
Proven experience in underground utilities, earthworks, and land development.
Strong understanding of civil construction methods and sequencing.
Proficiency in estimating software and Excel.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
