Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• P.Eng. in Canada or eligible to obtain within a year.
• 5–10 years of relevant civil engineering design experience.
• Experience with road/highway, municipal infrastructure, utilities, and/or land development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, InRoads/OpenRoads.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to develop and review designs with quality and coordination.
• Prepare and deliver designs for land development, municipal infrastructure, roadway/highway, and utilities.
• Develop design packages including grading, servicing, drainage, and site plans.
• Deliver work packages while managing schedule and budget.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff on design and drafting activities.
• Coordinate with utilities, municipalities, contractors, and regulators throughout delivery.
• Apply civil engineering principles for roadway design, drainage, and land development.
