Job summary

WSP in Winnipeg, Manitoba seeks a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater projects. You will drive sustainable design, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and manage client relationships from planning through construction.

Requirements include 8+ years in municipal water/wastewater, a Civil/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering degree, and P.Eng or eligibility with EGM. A driver’s licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in municipal water and wastewater projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering; Master’s degree is an asset.
• Professional Engineer or eligible for registration with EGM.
• Strong project management, client engagement, and leadership of complex teams.
• Experience in detailed design, procurement, contract administration, and commissioning.
• Proven ability to prepare reports, deliver presentations, and manage time and information effectively.
• Valid driver’s licence and readiness to make an impact.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $104,100 - $138,000

MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $88,500 - $124,900
