Job summary

WSP in Canada is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater projects, driving sustainable infrastructure and community resilience. You will manage design teams from planning through construction and ensure we meet client expectations, quality standards, and project milestones.

The role requires 8+ years in water/wastewater, a Civil/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering degree, and a Professional Engineer or eligibility for registration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on municipal water/wastewater project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is an asset).
• Professional Engineer or eligible for registration with EGM.
• Strong project management, client engagement and team leadership.
• Experience in detailed design, procurement, contract administration and commissioning.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $104,100 - $138,000
MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $88,500 - $124,900
