Job summary

WSP in Canada is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Process Engineering (Water Treatment) to lead transformative water and wastewater projects across municipalities and industry, delivering technical leadership and project delivery excellence.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, optimize treatment processes, manage budgets and schedules, build trusted client relationships, and mentor engineers to foster collaboration and safe, high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) eligibility to practice within the applicable province.
• Extensive experience delivering municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary engineering projects with significant budgets and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong expertise in treatment process design, optimization, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships, negotiate project scope, and support business development initiatives.

• Oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve technical excellence, quality, budget, and schedule objectives.

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor throughout project lifecycles.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technical professionals, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Support business growth through proposal development, client engagement, and identification of new opportunities.
• Manage project risks, resources, contracts, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes.

• AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $162,200 - $212,200
• MB & ON: $148,000 - $198,000
• NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $146,500 - $194,600
