Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Vancouver, British Columbia, to lead mining, energy, and infrastructure projects from concept to completion. You will oversee site preparation, bulk earthworks, drainage, and road design while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring design quality through reviews and QA/QC.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of experience in heavy industrial settings, and P.Eng. designation (Alberta preferred).

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer with 10+ years in mining, energy, infrastructure or heavy industrial projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project delivery.
• Strong understanding of site grading, drainage, and road design.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from design through completion.
