Alberta Precision Labs is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist II to coordinate day-to-day operations and lead quality control in the Northern Lights Health Centre core laboratory. You will supervise MLTs, assist with LIS support and staff education, and apply problem solving to instrument and process issues.

You bring an accredited MLT program, registration with CMLTA, and extensive lab experience including quality systems, safety practices and Beaker/Epic familiarity.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program.
• Active or eligible for registration with CMLTA.
• Experience with quality control and instrument workups.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and quality control in the laboratory.
• Provide technical advice and problem solving for instruments and LIS systems.
• Develop and supervise training and staff competency; lead a team of MLTs and assistants.
