Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of change management strategies and plans aligning to project goals and timelines.
• Perform change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable plans for stakeholders and processes.
• Build relationships with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional partners to drive alignment and embed change activities.
• Develop and deliver communications, readiness, and adoption plans to help employees understand and embrace change.
• Assess readiness, identify resistance points, and coach leaders and managers on leading change.
• Track progress and drive continuous improvement of change management practices, templates, and tools.
