Job Description: Senior Carrier Compliance Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Carrier Compliance Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will analyze carrier performance against contractual standards, interpret complex data, and address issues related to rate, capacity, and transit data management. What You'll Do:

• Evaluate carrier performance against contractual requirements and report on performance metrics.
• Assist with SOX audit compliance, including record retention.
• Maintain carrier capacity integrity by reviewing coverage and making recommendations.
• Identify and resolve issues related to rate, capacity, and transit data discrepancies.
• Ensure contractual requirements are met prior to carrier onboarding.
• Collaborate with the Freight Payment team to ensure accurate rate information and timely payments.
• Resolve escalation issues related to rate structures between carriers, 3PLs, and operations.
• Implement process improvements to optimize costs based on market insights.
• Maintain and communicate carrier contract information, proactively addressing potential issues.

About You:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred.
• Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset but not required.
• Understanding of logistics carrier contracts and terms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data applications like Excel.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
