Job Description: Senior Carrier Compliance Analyst

What You'll Do:
- Evaluate carrier performance against contractual requirements and report on performance metrics.
- Assist with SOX audit compliance, including record retention.
- Maintain carrier capacity integrity by reviewing coverage and making recommendations.
- Identify and resolve issues related to rate, capacity, and transit data discrepancies.
- Ensure contractual requirements are met prior to carrier onboarding.
- Collaborate with the Freight Payment team to ensure accurate rate information and timely payments.
- Resolve escalation issues related to rate structures between carriers, 3PLs, and operations.
- Implement process improvements to optimize costs based on market insights.
- Maintain and communicate carrier contract information, proactively addressing potential issues.
About You:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset but not required.
- Understanding of logistics carrier contracts and terms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data applications like Excel.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
