We’re seeking a Senior Carrier Compliance Analyst to join our forward-thinking team. You will be responsible for reporting and analyzing carrier performance against contractual requirements, interpreting complex data, and resolving issues related to rate, capacity, and transit data management. What You’ll Do:

• Recommend operational plans and evaluate carrier performance against contractual requirements, reporting on performance and exceptions.
• Assist in SOX audit and compliance, including record retention for TJXC Logistics.
• Maintain lane capacity integrity by reviewing coverage and making recommendations.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate issues related to rate, capacity, and transit data management.
• Ensure contractual requirements and documentation are in place before launching with carriers/3PLs.
• Collaborate with the Freight Payment team to provide carrier rate information and ensure timely payments.
• Resolve issues and discrepancies with rate structures between carriers/3PLs, GS&P, and operations.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement processes across carriers to optimize costs.
• Maintain and communicate carrier/3PL Labour Contract information, proactively addressing potential issues.

About You:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred.
• Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset but not required.
• Understanding of logistics carrier contracts and terms.
• Strong research, analytical, and data skills (e.g., Excel).
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
