Sienna Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our Elmira, ON communities. In this role you will form meaningful relationships with residents, support daily living activities, and contribute to their comfort and dignity within a caring home environment.

You will work under supervision with a focus on resident wellbeing, including assistance with daily tasks, mobility, and participation in programs designed to enrich health and happiness.

Qualifications

• Completed Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or private institution.
• Internationally educated nurses with a nursing degree also eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident supervision and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Provide resident care and services including communication support and mobility assistance.
• Support resident comfort, well-being, and participation in programs.
