Job summary

Sienna Senior Living in Bradford, Ontario is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to provide compassionate resident care in a fast-paced long-term care setting. You’ll support daily living activities, build meaningful relationships with residents and families, and contribute to a safe, dignified living environment.

You have completed a PSW program and are legally eligible to work in Canada, with a willingness to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Qualifications

• Completed a Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or private institution.
• Detailed-oriented and proficient in bedside care and routine procedures.
• Ability to provide care with dignity and respect to residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living as per care plans.
• Build relationships with residents and their families, offering supportive options and programs.
• Support the culture of the home by contributing to a respectful, inclusive environment.
