Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Personal Support Worker for a permanent part-time position at Granite Ridge in Ottawa. The role supports the long-term care residents with daily living activities, care plans, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with daily living activities per individual care plans.
• Provide bedside care and support to residents including mobility assistance.
• Demonstrate compassion and dedication to seniors’ well-being.

Responsibilities

• You will be a welcomed member of the Long Term Care team, building relationships with residents and their families to offer support options and programs that enrich daily health and well-being.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (eating, dressing, hygiene, grooming) per care plans.
• Support resident comfort and well-being through cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual care and participation in Resident Experience Team programs.
