Job summary

Bluebird Care Redbridge is seeking a Senior Care Expert to lead high-quality in-home care across Redbridge and surrounding areas. You will mentor new team members, shape care plans and provide person-centred support, visiting clients in various locations with a focus on dignity and independence.

Requirements include a full UK driving licence and at least 1 year of professional care experience. The role offers flexible hours, a competitive hourly rate, and comprehensive benefits through Bluebird

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional care experience.
• Full UK driving licence and own car are essential.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferred, but we’ll assess on readiness to step up.

Responsibilities

• Lead with compassionate care for clients living at home.
• Mentor and support new team members as you grow in the role.
• Take part in on-call rota and provide trusted guidance to the team.
• Help with care plans and collect feedback to improve service.

• Ilford, Woodford and Wanstead
• Loughton, Theydon Bois, Buckhurst Hill, Epping and Harlow

What You’ll Need To Bring

• A full UK driving licence and your own car. This is essential for visiting customers across the area
• At least 1 year’s professional care experience
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. This is preferred, but if you’re ready to step up, we’d love to hear from you
• A compassionate, confident and adaptable approach, and a calm head when things get busy
