Care at Home Services is hiring a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes across the community. You will help with personal care, meals and daily activities while providing companionship and reassurance on a flexible shift pattern.

No prior care experience is needed as full training is provided; a driving licence is required to travel between clients, and a DBS check with references is expected.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Care at Home Services, you will make a real difference in people's lives. You'll support clients with everyday tasks like getting washed and dressed, having breakfast, going shopping, doing housework, enjoying day trips, and, most importantly, providing companionship. Hours

• Various shifts available: mornings, school runs, and evenings - very flexible patterns.
• Early mornings? You could work 7am to 10am and have the rest of your day free.
• Evenings? Working from 6pm to 10pm could be perfect if you have small children or other commitments.
• Full-time positions are also available.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily tasks such as personal care, dressing, and meals.

• Competitive pay: £15.00 per hour, including travel time enhancement and petrol allowance (petrol allowance element also tax-free), with higher rates for bank holidays and Christmas.
• 28 days pro-rata paid holiday, with additional leave after 5 years of service.
