Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field such as project management, engineering, architecture or public administration.
• Extensive experience in capital planning, project management and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Strong ability to analyze, plan, budget and manage complex capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of capital projects with end-to-end management.
• Oversee design, timelines, deliverables, issues and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve ELCC capital targets.
• Prepare and edit decision documents for senior leaders and treasury submissions.
