Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Draftsperson to lead technical planning, CAD drafting, and floor-plan modelling for complex real estate projects. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance and produce execution-ready documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and TRIRIGA.

On-site in Bromont, QC, you will coordinate with engineers, architects and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy from concept through construction while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or similar in drafting for building projects.
• 6–8 years of proven large-scale project design/management experience.
• Experience with CAD and enterprise facility systems like TRIRIGA.

Responsibilities

• Generate space plans and floor layouts for industrial and office facilities.
• Prepare submission drawings and coordinate approvals with client engineers.
• Coordinate with design consultants, architects, MEP and marketing teams.
• Manage design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
