Dean Dorton is seeking a Business Valuation Senior Consultant to lead workstreams within valuation engagements, develop and review valuation models, and support Managers and Directors with client delivery. This role blends advanced valuation expertise with project coordination and coaching of Associates.

Ideal candidates possess 4–6 years in valuation or financial consulting, strong Excel modeling, and excellent communication for client-facing work across engagements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, CVA, ASA, ABV designation or active pursuit preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in business valuation or financial consulting, including supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead defined workstreams and significant portions of valuation engagements.
• Perform complex valuation analyses for operating businesses and assets.
• Develop and refine valuation models with documented assumptions.
• Review workpapers and analyses for accuracy and consistency with objectives.
• Coordinate documents and analyze financial statements and forecasts.
• Mentor Associates and collaborate across service lines.
