As a Senior Business Systems Analyst , you will play a critical role in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into scalable, efficient technical solutions that support organizational success.You’llwork at the intersection of business and technology, solving intricate challenges, driving system integrations, andoptimizingworkflows to enhance member and business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys problem-solving, and can influence both technical and business stakeholders.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Manager,Application Tech. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands

This role offers a salary range of $92,700 to $125,400 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills,previousexperience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
