Job summary

Nature's Fare Markets (Vernon, BC) is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a 24‑month contract to support Finance, HR, Learning & Development, and Commissary operations. You will optimize enterprise systems including Dynamics 365 BC, Avanti HRIS, TalentLMS, and related platforms, partnering with business leaders to align technology with strategic goals.

The role leads requirements, testing, deployments, and change management, acting as a Level 3 escalation point for complex incidents

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or Senior role.
Experience with Finance, HR, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain functions.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong asset.
CBAP/CCBA/PMP or similar certifications are assets.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary systems analyst for Finance, HR, LMS, and Recipe & Nutrition systems.
Act as Level 3 escalation point for complex issues.
Gather requirements and translate into functional/technical specifications.
Lead testing, implementation, and integrations.
Maintain system documentation and data integrity.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and vendors.
