Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition Partner @ CGI | MBA, Tech Recruitment

Position Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto (250 Yonge Street, Toronto) and/or Client office at a minimum of 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role:

• Strong communication skills
• Business PM Experience/Background - ability to juggle multiple conflicting projects in parallel.
• Experience in managing and leading large teams & deliverables + maintaining multiple project stakeholders.
• Strong conflict management skills
• Time Management - building multiple project plans & maintaining oversight on team priority items.
• Financial Management knowledge is a plus - Budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, cost recognition/reconciliations.
• Prior experience in Retail Banking/Mortgage experience - is a plus.
