Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Application & development support.
• Minimum 5 years Application/Business Analyst experience.
• Minimum 3 years Project Management and Leadership.
• Minimum 2 years familiarity with Excel and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specs.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders across departments.
• Provide guidance on business processes, system functionality, and best practices.
• Act as liaison between business, IT, and external partners.
• Coordinate data submissions to ministry, regulatory and funding bodies.
