Job summary

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Five years of IT project and change management experience in a large organization.
• Two years of experience leading project teams.
• PMP certification is required.
• ITIL certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Chair project team meetings and monitor action items.
• Develop project plans and scope documents.
• Track KPIs against targets for quality, timeline, and budget.
• Configure PMIS for scheduling, resources, and reporting.
• Support change management processes and CAB reviews.
• Embed equity, accessibility, and anti-oppression principles in planning.
