Job description

Company Overview

Pearl West is a fast-scaling portfolio of consumer brands built and operated by a performance-obsessed team. We’re not private equity. We’re not DTC fluff. We’re operators who scale brands like startups—with the capital and structure to exit them at peak.

We currently operate six brands across the wellness, lifestyle, and CPG space with a combined revenue of over $45M and counting. Our lean team drives results with speed, autonomy, and relentless ownership. Pearl West functions under a centralized shared-services model for growth, media, creative, ops, and product.

Our mission: Build unforgettable brands—and exit them at their peak.

Role Overview

We’re hiring an Influencer Manager to develop and execute high-impact influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. You’ll be the engine behind our creator strategy—finding, nurturing, and scaling partnerships that move the revenue needle.

This is a full-time, remote role that requires deep understanding of creator ecosystems, content-first marketing, and direct-response fundamentals. It’s a mix of creative collaboration and data-driven performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships across multiple brands and platforms.
  • Own campaign execution end-to-end—briefing creators, managing timelines, ensuring content quality, and driving performance.
  • Develop a scalable UGC/influencer strategy focused on revenue-generating placements.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for CTR, ROAS, and engagement.
  • Maximize Content Output Across Instagram & TikTok
  • Ensure a consistent and strategic flow of UGC and influencer content aligned with brand and campaign goals, publishing X+ posts per week with performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with the media and creative teams to amplify high-performing influencer content.
  • Build and Maintain Creator Community Foster a sense of belonging and motivation among commission-only and paid creators. Create spaces (e.g., Discord, Slack, FB Groups) to train, motivate, and retain creators.
  • Test new creator platforms and stay on top of trends in UGC, TikTok, and short-form content.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • ROAS from influencer campaigns
  • Monthly content volume
  • # of New Creator Recruits per Month
  • Influencer cost per acquisition (CPA) – Consistently within target benchmarks.
  • Community Growth Rate (Private Creator Groups, Discord, etc.)
  • Time-to-launch – New campaign within 10 business days of brief approval.
  • Retention rate of top-performing creators
Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Deep understanding of influencer/creator landscape and TikTok/IG trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Direct-response copy instincts and content analysis skills.
  • Fluency in tracking tools, attribution, and engagement metrics.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in eCommerce, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Grin, CreatorIQ, or Modash.

Experience & Education:

  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing.
  • No degree required—execution ability matters more than pedigree.
Who Should Apply?

Apply if you:

  • Are scrappy, fast, and love working directly with creators.
  • Have managed high-velocity influencer campaigns that drove measurable sales.
  • Understand the difference between brand content and performance content.

Do not apply if:

  • You’re more excited by vanity metrics than revenue results.
  • You prefer only brand awareness campaigns with no conversion goals.
Why Join Us?
  • Growth & Career Development: Scale campaigns and grow into a leadership role.
  • Work Culture & Environment: High-performance, low-ego, no fluff.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary, bonus, equity upside.
  • Unique Perks: Access to 8-figure operators, team offsites, and equity play.
