Description :

• Provide comprehensive I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse needs.
• Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, and analyze requirements.
• Develop and advise on business analysis policies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency.
• Lead business analysis efforts to assess problems and opportunities, documenting requirements for I&IT solutions.
• Apply re-engineering concepts to improve business processes through cost-effective service delivery approaches.
• Develop strategies, business cases, and conduct feasibility studies for I&IT initiatives.
• Implement effective requirements gathering processes such as JAD sessions, interviews, and mockups.
• Conduct business modeling, use case modeling, data modeling, and define business rules and non-functional requirements.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report to management and stakeholders.
• Create performance metrics and traceability matrices, and conduct follow-ups.

Must Haves :

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Agile I&IT methods and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, BRDs, user stories (DevOps).
• Experience working on high-complexity projects.
• Strong planning and UAT experience.
• Ability to manage and groom product backlog.
