Foot Locker Corporate Office in Toronto is seeking a highly analytical Sr. Business Analyst to support the Merchandise Financial Planning organization. You will own financial reporting, deliver insights, and streamline tools and processes to improve efficiency in a high-volume environment.

The role emphasizes standardization, automation, and collaboration with Data & Analytics and IT. Hybrid in-office schedule is three days per week, typically Tuesday–Thursday, at the Toronto location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a business/analytic field.
• Strong Excel skills with data modeling and large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools desired.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver recurring and ad hoc financial reporting for MFP.
• Develop standardized reporting templates across banners (Ladders, daily/weekly sales, pricing).
• Identify inefficiencies and automate recurring deliverables to improve speed and scalability.
• Serve as central point for reporting requests and ensure timely, accurate outputs.
• Support pre-season financial planning and forecasting with Merchants and Planning teams.
